The Circular Connector Accessory is designed to secure an electrically-initiated cord cutter to a military-style, electrical mating connector. The CCA simply replaces the bayonet snap ring of a circular plug connector. The CCA utilizes a torque nut to compress a collet-like clamp around the base of the cutter body, which allows quick cutter installation and field replacement.
Specifications:
- Connector mate: Mil-C-26482 Shell size 8 (e.g. PT06SE-8-2S SR, not incl.)
- Cutter mates: Model G2 or G4 by Roberts Research Laboratory (may fit other models)
- Part Numbers: CCA1-RRLG2 and CCA2-RRLG4
- CCA2 pull tests result in excess of 100 pound-force cutter retention
- Kit hardware includes: (1x) torque nut, (1x) retaining clip, (2x) spring pin
